Laura O’Shaughnessy is Assistant Professor of Practice and Outreach & Engagement Coordinator, Industrial and Systems Engineering Department at the University of Tennessee. Laura returned to UT after completing her Masters in IE, then working in a variety of industries and raising a family. She has been active in employee education, team training, continuous improvement, management, manufacturing, safety, STEM education, coaching, volunteering, and improving the community.
