If you missed the Libraries\u2019 earlier training sessions on Gale Researcher and Artemis Primary Sources databases \u2013- or if you\u2019d like to learn more \u2013- join the webinar offered by Gale Cengage Learning on Friday, November 18.<\/p>\n

Gale Researcher<\/a> helps students identify and link to relevant, authoritative sources. Introductory essays, peer-reviewed articles, and streamed video are organized by subject areas typical to the undergraduate curriculum.<\/p>\n

Artemis Primary Sources<\/a> gives researchers access to wide-ranging archival materials. Sources include databases on sexuality and gender, indigenous peoples of North America, declassified U.S. documents, the Associated Press archives, and many, many historical newspapers. The online interface (Digital Humanities Sandbox) facilitates data mining and textual analytics.<\/p>\n
