\"\"<\/a>The “Station Eleven” escape room adventure is part of the Class of 2021’s first taste of college. Students in First-Year Studies 100 are strongly encouraged to play the escape room game. But all UT students, staff, and faculty are invited to give it a try!<\/strong><\/p>\n

The “Station Eleven” adventure, in the Mary E. Greer Room (258 Hodges Library), will be open August 19 through September 1, from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. each day in 30 minute increments. Register here <\/a>(UT NetID required). Registration begins August 14.<\/p>\n

Clues for the escape room game are based on this year’s Life of the Mind<\/a> reading, the science fiction novel Station Eleven<\/em> by Emily St. John Mandel. Even if you haven’t read the book, you can still play the game. Reading the book gives you a competitive edge.<\/p>\n

The “Station Eleven” escape room, built by Escape Game Knoxville, is co-sponsored by the UT Libraries and First-Year Studies.<\/p>\n
