In six sessions and one workshop, a range of topics will be introduced and discussed with campus experts, including experienced faculty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sessions will be on Tuesdays, 5:15 p.m.\u2013 6:45 p.m., in Hodges Library.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>September 3\u2014<strong>Orientation<\/strong><\/li><li>September 10\u2014<strong>Publishing: Setting the Stage, Panel Discussion with UT Faculty<\/strong><\/li><li>September 17\u2014<strong>Research Misconduct and Authorship<\/strong><\/li><li>September 24\u2014<strong>Publication Decisions<\/strong><\/li><li>October 1\u2014<strong>Copyright and Ownership: Presentation by General Counsel<\/strong> <\/li><li>October 8\u2014<strong>Final Celebration and Certificate Presentations<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants will be <strong>required to attend all sessions<\/strong> and submit reflections after each session. In addition, participants will be required to contribute to discussions and question-and-answer sessions. An anonymous submission form will allow participants to submit questions of a sensitive nature ahead of time so speakers will be able to discuss real concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon successful completion of the program, you will receive\na certificate acknowledging your participation.
