We understand that our patrons may have concerns with the privacy and security of these tools. If you are not comfortable using these tools, we can provide support via telephone at (865) 974-4351.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zoom sessions may be recorded by your chat provider. These recordings are to ensure the safety of patrons and library staff.
