With SelectedWorks, faculty can post and share articles, working papers, presentations, and more.  Additionally, having a SelectedWorks page helps faculty to preserve their work while providing open access to their scholarly creations.<\/p>\n<p>For set-up help, go to <a href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/TraceContributors\">http:\/\/bit.ly\/TraceContributors<\/a> or attend a session.<\/p>\n<p>Training sessions will be offered throughout the semester to help interested faculty and researchers establish a personal SelectedWorks site to showcase their work, and to answer questions about maximizing this scholarly tool.<\/p>\n<p>Training sessions will be offered once per month; and, in addition, sessions will be offered daily, Monday through Thursday, Oct. 18 \u2013 21, during <a href=\"http:\/\/www.openaccessweek.org\/\">Open Access Week<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Fall sessions will be held:<\/p>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tr>\n<td>Tuesday<\/td>\n<td>September 14<\/td>\n<td>Noon &#8211; 1pm<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Wednesday<\/td>\n<td>October 13<\/td>\n<td>10 am \u2013 11 am<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Monday<\/td>\n<td>October 18<\/td>\n<td>10 am \u2013 11 am<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Tuesday<\/td>\n<td>October 19<\/td>\n<td>2 pm &#8211; 3 pm<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Wednesday<\/td>\n<td>October 20<\/td>\n<td>10 am \u2013 11 am<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Thursday<\/td>\n<td>October 21<\/td>\n<td>2 pm &#8211; 3 pm<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Thursday<\/td>\n<td>November 4<\/td>\n<td>4 pm -5 pm<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td>Wednesday<\/td>\n<td>December 15<\/td>\n<td>2 pm &#8211; 3 pm<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/table>\n<p>All sessions will take place in Room 211, Hodges Library.<\/p>\n<p>For questions or more information, please contact the Trace+SelectedWorks Liaison at <a href=\"mailto:trace@utk.edu\">trace@utk.edu<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SelectedWorks is a web-based service offered by Trace, UT\u2019s digital archive of scholarly work, that enables faculty to establish clean, elegantly designed scholarly publication pages.
