Display the full record, and click on Request an Item for Pickup.<\/li><li><strong>When will I my items be available?<\/strong><br \/>Normally, your requested will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).<\/li><li><strong>How will I know when my materials are ready?<\/strong><br \/>We will email you when the item is ready for pick up.<\/li><li><strong>Where can I have my order held for pickup?<\/strong><br \/>Orders can be delivered and held for you at Hodges Library, or either of the branches, Pendergrass or DeVine libraries. You can set you delivery address by logging into you profile in OneSearch. Some locations locations may not be available.<\/li><li><strong>How do I make a request?<\/strong><br \/>Log into&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/lib.utk.edu\/catalog\">OneSearch<\/a>, and find the desired title. Display the full record, and click on Request an Item for Pickup\/Delivery. See&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/old.lib.utk.edu\/access\/recalls\/how-request-items\/\">this guide<\/a>&nbsp;for more details.<\/li><li><strong>When will I get my items?<\/strong><br \/>Normally, you will get your materials within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3><strong>General Questions about LX<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Are there materials Library Express will not pull?<\/strong><br \/>Materials located in Reference, Special Collections, Reserves, and the Law Library are not eligible for delivery. If you don\u2019t see a delivery option after you\u2019ve logged into OneSearch, then that item is not eligible for hold for pick-up.<\/li><li>If you need a book or journal article from Preston Medical Library, submit a Resource Sharing request through&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/illiad.lib.utk.edu\">ILLiad<\/a>.<\/li><li><strong>Is there a limit to how many items I can request?<\/strong><br \/>To ensure that we can deliver materials to all users in a timely manner, we limit the number of delivery requests to 20 items per day.<\/li><li><strong>Why was my request cancelled?<\/strong><br \/>If we cannot locate the item on the shelf, we will search for it up to 3 business days. If we find it, we will let you know by email. Otherwise, we will notify you that the request is cancelled.
