Virtual Reality Lab<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Virtual Reality Lab is equipped with two HTC Vive Pro 2 headsets. Patrons can access the Studio Steam accounts to access the apps we own, or their personal account to access apps they have purchased. You may reserve this room in advance through the library’s room reservation system. The Virtual Reality Lab features two large play areas, with plenty of room for standing or sitting experiences, as well as seating and wall-mounted displays for other party members. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Need to work with VR for your class? The Studio also has a portable HTC Vive system that can be set up in a library classroom. Email the studio<\/a> or speak to a studio staff member to make arrangements for this in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The eXperience Point Lab<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The eXperience Point is an eSports and gaming lab supporting curricular initiatives for game design and graphics-intensive projects. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

UT Faculty, Lecturers, or Graduate Teaching Assistants may reserve this room to support curricular initiatives. In addition, patrons may use this room during library game nights, eSports club nights, and other designated activity days. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
